A candidate can enrol in any field he/she majored in bachelors and master but can't do clinical practice until he/she obtain a licence Ministry of Health ,Labour and Welfare.

• MEXT Scholarship Duration:

MEXT Master Scholarship: 2-3 years

MEXT PhD Scholarship: 3-4 years

• Eligibility Ceriteria for MEXT Research Scholarship:

1. A  candidate should be a national of the country who has diplomatic relations with Japan

2. For applying in a Master’s program, a candidate should have 16 years of  education

OR 

3. For applying in a Ph.D. program, a candidate should have a Master’s or equivalent degree.

A candidate should be born before 2nd April 1986.

A candidate should be Medically Fit.

A candidate should be willing to learn the Japanese language.

A candidate should get a new student visa
